Job Description
The Integration Manager leads the strategy, design, and delivery of integrations supporting the Oracle Fusion HCM platform. This role ensures accurate, reliable data flow across systems while establishing integration standards and governance. The Integration Manager partners with technical teams, HR stakeholders, and vendors to support implementation and long-term system performance.
Job Responsibilities- Define and lead integration strategy, architecture, and governance for Oracle Fusion HCM
- Partner with Systems Integrator to design, build, test, and deploy integrations during implementation
- Oversee development and support of HCM integrations (e.g., SFTP, APIs, inbound/outbound flows)
- Manage integration lifecycle including monitoring, issue resolution, and enhancements
- Ensure data accuracy and reliability across downstream systems
- Establish standards for error handling, security, and documentation
- Serve as technical lead for integration design and decision-making
- Manage vendor and offshore resources to ensure quality and delivery
- Hire and develop integration team members
- 5+ years of experience building and supporting HCM integrations
- 2+ years leading integration teams or technical resources
- Hands‑on experience with APIs, SFTP, and integration troubleshooting
- Experience working with enterprise HCM platforms (e.g., Oracle, Workday, SAP, UKG)
- Ability to independently lead technical decisions and partner with Systems Integrators
- Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience
- Experience supporting multiple HCM modules
- Exposure to large‑scale HCM implementations
- Experience building or scaling integration teams
- Understanding of end‑to‑end data flows across HR systems
