Responsibilities
- Lead requirement workshops, gather business needs, and define functional specifications for Oracle ERP Cloud Financials (GL, AR, AP, FA, AHCS, Oracle Projects).
- Perform fit-gap analysis, solution design and validate functional design documents (FDDs).
- Drive full project lifecycle—design, build, test, deploy, and stabilize integrations and extensions.
- Review and author technical design documents, integration specifications, and TDDs.
- Present solutions and proposals to stakeholders, including architects, project managers, and finance teams.
- Support and troubleshoot across functional and technical areas throughout the project lifecycle.
- 5+ years of experience as an ERP or Solution Architect.
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle OIC, and Oracle EBS.
- 3+ years of techno‑functional experience in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials, including GL, AR, AP, FA, AHCS, Oracle Projects and related financial web services.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong understanding of finance and project accounting business processes.
- Ability to lead requirement workshops, gather business needs, and define functional specs.
- Knowledge of fit-gap analysis, solution design, and best practices for Oracle Financials.
- Experience reviewing and validating FDDs, process flows, and end‑to‑end solution designs.
- Expertise in data migration: FBDI, ADFdi, HDL, spreadsheets.
- Experience with OIC, PaaS extensions, VBCS, and ERP Cloud integrations.
- Strong reporting skills: OTBI, BI Publisher, and data models.
- Hands‑on design and development of integrations, extensions, and financial interfaces.
- Ability to review and author TDDs, technical architecture, and integration specs.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with business and IT stakeholders.
- Ability to troubleshoot across functional and technical areas.
- Experience supporting the full project lifecycle—design, build, test, deploy, and stabilize.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 a year.
