Account Manager Intern

At Project Stories, every client project runs through a structured system that connects sales, production, and creators inside one unified dashboard.

We are looking for an Account Manager Intern to help operate and manage this system. This role sits at the center of Project Stories, ensuring that client projects move smoothly from onboarding to delivery.

You will manage the Project Stories dashboard, support client communication, coordinate creators, and work closely with our sales, production, and admin teams. This is a hands-on training role designed to teach how a modern creative production system operates from the inside.

• Manage and update client projects inside the Project Stories dashboard
• Support client communication and assist with general inquiries through the help center
• Coordinate project workflows between sales, production, and creative teams
• Assign and unassign creators to active projects based on availability and project needs
• Track project progress and ensure all deliverables are moving on schedule
• Assist in organizing client briefs, feedback, and revision requests
• Work closely with the admin team to maintain structured operations and data accuracy
• Support internal team communication across sales, marketing, and production departments
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient project tracking system

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time
• Comfortable working in structured systems and dashboards
• Basic understanding of creative workflows (video, design, content production is a plus)
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on tasks
• Ability to communicate clearly with both clients and internal teams
• Willingness to learn how production systems and creative operations work
• Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in customer support, account management, or operations
• Familiarity with creative agencies, production teams, or SaaS dashboards
• Understanding of project management tools (Notion, Airtable, Trello, etc.)
• Interest in video production, storytelling, or creator economies
• Basic knowledge of workflow systems or CRM tools
