Job Description

  • Lead the demand analysis, scheme design, and implementation promotion of QMS, QIS, xQC, UAA, SSOT, BPM, Mobile Apps and other enterprise systems to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize performance of QMS, QIS, xQC, UAA, SSOT, BPM, Mobile Apps and other systems to ensure reliability and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain operation systems and mobile phone applications, including construction, operation, maintenance, and technical support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate business requirements with information systems, improving overall business performance and user satisfaction.
  • Ensure seamless database operation, configuration, and maintenance, leveraging proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C/C++, Java, or JavaScript as needed.
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in integrating and optimizing QMS, QIS, xQC, UAA, SSOT, BPM, Mobile Apps and other enterprise systems in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of business systems and logic, with the ability to align technology solutions with business objectives.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, C/C++, Java, JavaScript, etc.) and database operations.
  • Experience in system troubleshooting, performance optimization, and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain a full‑time work schedule with regular in‑person attendance is required for this position.
  • Ability to interact professionally with individuals of varied backgrounds and skill level.
Work Environment &

Physical Requirements
  • Regular, predictable on‑site attendance is an essential function of this role.
  • Ability to move throughout offices, manufacturing facilities, and construction areas, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders.
  • Ability to work in varied environments, including offices, industrial, and construction settings.
  • Willingness to travel to other job sites as business needs require.
