Essential Duties and Responsibilities Database Management & Data Integrity.
Manage, update, and maintain the organization’s Client database to ensure accuracy and completeness of all records.
Ensure the security and confidentiality of Client records in compliance with applicable regulations and organizational policies.
Monitor data quality and perform routine audits to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
Maintain and manage Staff for access to the database, including user permissions and access controls.
Reporting Create, generate, and distribute reports and dashboards from the database to support organizational decision-making.
Collaborate with Finance, Grants, and Programs departments to develop customized reports that meet departmental and funder requirements.
Analyze data trends and present findings to leadership as needed.
Cross-Departmental Coordination Coordinate with Finance, Grants, and Programs teams to ensure the database is updated in a timely and accurate manner.
Partner with Training and Development and Programs Staff to identify data needs and support program efficiency initiatives.
Serve as a point of contact for database-related questions, issues, and improvements across departments.
Departmental Staff Training Develop and deliver training to Staff on proper data entry, tracking, and utilization practices.
Collaborate with Training and Development and Programs teams to design and implement relevant training that enhances program efficiency.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to Employees to ensure consistent and effective use of the database system.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in database management, data coordination, or a related role.
Proficiency in database software and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Access, SQL, Salesforce, or similar platforms).Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and analyze large datasets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences.
Experience working in a nonprofit or human services environment preferred.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Physical Requirements This position primarily operates in an office environment. The role requires extended periods of sitting and computer use. Occasional travel to program sites may be required for training and coordination purposes.
Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods while managing data systems and reports.
Requires light physical activity, including standing, sitting, and occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs and 70 lbs with assistance).Occasional travel for training sessions, team meetings, or external grant compliance activities.
Ability to work in high-stress environments, requiring emotional resilience and adherence to self-care practices.
