Electronics Technician
The Electronics Technician prepares, configures, and troubleshoots mobile devices, RFID systems, and point-of-sale (POS) hardware to ensure they are fully operational and ready for deployment. This role supports device setup, repair, and testing while resolving software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
Stage, configure, and program mobile devices, RFID systems, and POS hardware
Install, update, and verify software applications across multiple device types
Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network connectivity issues
Perform basic hardware repairs, including soldering and component replacement
Test and validate device functionality using diagnostic tools
Maintain accurate inventory and complete detailed job documentation
Follow standard operating procedures to ensure quality and consistency
Experience with Android and iOS device setup and troubleshooting
Basic knowledge of software deployment and computer imaging
Hands-on experience with POS systems or related hardware
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
Familiarity with repair tools and basic soldering
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in electronics or bench repair environments
Knowledge of network troubleshooting
Strong documentation and organizational skills

Work in a structured, temperature-controlled facility with a standard Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.), using tools, equipment, and computers to perform configuration and repair tasks.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, KY.
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
