Credence has an immediate opening for a FMS Program Management Analyst Support at the senior level who will be primarily responsible for supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center WAM directorate (AFLCMC/WAM) F‑16 division at Wright‑Patterson Air Force Base, OH. The role focuses on F‑16 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Multi‑National Fighter Program (MNFP) activities, including program analysis, documentation, travel coordination, and liaison duties with foreign partners.
Responsibilities- Provide support to various F‑16 FMS programs across multiple teams.
- Assist in planning, organizing, completing, and presenting assessments of program/project management concepts, analyses, studies, and procedures.
- Assist in evaluating implications of existing or proposed projects, programs, processes, and policies/laws, recommending improvements.
- Assist in collecting and analyzing manpower data on previous programs and estimating new manpower requirements.
- Assist in preparing documentation for LORs and implementing and executing LOAs in accordance with AECA, SAMM/DSCA Manual 5105.38, and DoD acquisition processes.
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, evaluating, and documenting information required by program or project managers and foreign customers, providing daily administrative support with minimal assistance using FMS policies, AECA, and analytical methods.
- Assist in coordinating and obtaining approvals from the foreign disclosure office prior to release to foreign partners.
- Assist in preparing briefings and reports, and documenting meetings, plans, and discussions with U.S. and foreign parties.
- Provide project management assistance for domestic and foreign travel, including identifying travel requirements, processing government personnel travel orders in DTS, initiating foreign travel country clearances through APACS, and coordinating with security, foreign disclosure, U.S. and foreign embassy staff, overseas MAJCOMs, and SAF/IA representatives.
- Assist in providing instructions to travelers regarding visas, passports, and other FMS necessary travel documents, and aiding with applications as needed.
- Accomplish OCONUS and CONUS travel to support F‑16 program meetings, reviews, audits, and other activities at U.S. and foreign government and contractor facilities.
- Interact with foreign liaisons as needed, providing reference material to address housing, vehicles, medical, travel, and other issues.
- Must have at least an active secret clearance.
- Master's or Doctoral Degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, at least five of which must be in the DoD.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field and a minimum of 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, five of which must be in the DoD.
- Fifteen years of directly related experience with proper certifications, eight of which must be in the DoD.
- Recommend a minimum of ten years of administrative/analysis support experience.
- Recommend two years must be in a Department of Defense acquisition program.
- Minimum one year of FMS experience.
- Extensive administrative skills and knowledge of FMS policies, processes, and applicable guidance, as well as knowledge of fighter aircraft technology and USAF administrative guidelines.
