Overview

Responsibilities- Support WMS & OMS software solutions for various projects
- Configure systems for day-to-day operations
- Conduct user training and documentation
- Collaborate with IT, automation teams, and stakeholders
- Analyze system integration with SAP & client systems (preferred)
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
- Travel required based on client needs
- Experience in WMS, OMS, automation, and process optimization
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Understanding of warehouse operations, transportation, and quality systems
