Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Change Management

The Project Manager supports the day-to-day execution of a large-scale Microsoft Copilot enablement program for a Fortune 50 Healthcare Company
. This role is responsible for coordinating wave-level delivery, managing timeline adherence, tracking dependencies, maintaining operating rhythm, and helping ensure each milestone stays on track across a fast-moving, multi-workstream rollout.

• Manage day-to-day project execution across the six-milestone rollout plan
• Coordinate wave readiness activities, including roster planning, timeline tracking, scheduling, and milestone preparation
• Maintain project plans, action logs, dependency trackers, risk logs, and status updates
• Drive weekly operating rhythm across delivery teams, stakeholders, and project checkpoints
• Support issue resolution and escalate blockers, timeline risks, or scope concerns as needed
• Ensure alignment across training, reporting, enablement, and support work streams
• Help maintain adherence to agreed delivery playbooks, scope boundaries, and project processes
• Partner with program leadership to support smooth handoffs, closeout activities, and transition planning

• Experience managing enterprise technology, enablement, or rollout projects with multiple stakeholders and work streams
• Strong project coordination skills across timelines, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional execution
• Experience maintaining project plans, status reporting, RAID logs, and milestone-based delivery tracking
• Ability to manage detailed execution while keeping broader project goals and deadlines in view
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills in fast-paced enterprise environments
• Experience supporting structured rollout or adoption programs preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Copilot-related initiatives, or enterprise change/adoption efforts preferred
