The PT/TE department provides innovative, scalable, and secure IT solutions ranging from infrastructure services to cloud platforms and digital workplaces. Topics such as cyber security, IT architecture, and central governance are also part of our responsibility area.

Our department PT/TEGO – ITT Global Operations is responsible for the operation and further development of the IT infrastructure at 11 Mercedes-Benz locations worldwide. We are the direct contact on site for all topics related to network, data center, workplace, and service desk.

At the Düsseldorf location, we work in a well-coordinated, interdisciplinary team that covers all aspects of the IT infrastructure. Together with our strategic partner Infosys, we consistently drive both the operational development and the technological transformation.

You actively shape our work.

We are looking for support in the following activities:

  • Communication and coordination with interface partners in departments, internal IT units, and external partners
  • Process recording and visualization
  • Data analysis and evaluations in Excel
  • Creation of presentations in Power Point
  • Moderation and documentation of appointments

The position can start in August 2026.

Qualifications:

  • Study of (Economic) Informatics, Information Technology or a comparable qualification
  • Ability to work in complex processes and take responsibility
  • Independent, pragmatic working style
  • Profound technical understanding and analytical mindset
  • High sense of quality, team spirit, and initiative
  • Secure German and English skills in speech and writing for cooperation in an international environment
