DRC- Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned project(s) covering all phases of project management.
• Define IT project requirements, quality standards, and timelines; evaluate risks; plan and schedule activities to produce deliverables; ensure readiness to move to the next phase; address problems found in testing; meet scheduled time frames; report delivery problems and performance data; provide regular progress reports; evaluate testing.
• Meet with stakeholders to determine needs and expectations; maintain regular contact to review applications and obtain feedback; manage and approve changes; attend meetings; direct professional and/or technical staff.

• Experience in IT Project Management.
• Knowledge/experience in Life Cycle Methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Agile IT projects.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications: SQL, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Experience using Azure Dev Ops and Git.
• Excellent time‑management skills.
• Excellent organizational and customer‑service skills.
• Supervisory/management techniques skills.
• Ability to manage multiple demands or tasks on IT projects.
• Proven analytical, planning, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to review and evaluate IT project progress.
