About the Job OpportunityTo help us build and maintain reliable, scalable systems that improve customer experience, we are seeking a Dev Ops Engineer to join our Technology team. In this role, you will support cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, observability platforms, and production operations while partnering closely with Software Engineering teams.
This is an ideal opportunity for an early‑career Dev Ops professional who enjoys automation, troubleshooting, cloud technologies, and continuous improvement. You will help ensure our systems remain secure, available, and performant while contributing to a modern cloud‑native technology environment.
What You’ll Do Infrastructure & Dev Ops Operations- Assist in building, configuring, and maintaining development tools, cloud infrastructure, and deployment pipelines
- Support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives using Terraform, Cloud Formation, or similar technologies
- Contribute to automation of development, testing, and release processes
- Assist with deployment of product updates and infrastructure changes
- Support CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub Actions, Team City, Argo Workflows, or similar tools
- Partner with Software Engineers to ensure development follows established Dev Ops practices
- Assist with Git Ops and deployment automation initiatives
- Help improve release reliability and deployment efficiency
- Participate in production support triage, escalation processes, and on‑call rotations
- Monitor system health, service level objectives (SLOs), and operational KPIs using Datadog, Cloud Watch, Grafana, and related tools
- Perform root cause analysis on production issues and support remediation efforts
- Develop and maintain troubleshooting and operational procedures
- Support vulnerability scanning, patching, and security remediation activities
- Assist in maintaining compliance with healthcare and security standards
- Identify opportunities to improve system reliability, automation, and operational efficiency
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across Dev Ops and platform operations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
- 2–3 years of experience in Dev Ops, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or related technical roles
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively
- Experience working in collaborative Agile development environments
- AWS cloud services and infrastructure concepts
- Kubernetes, EKS, Docker, and containerized workloads
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Cloud Formation, CDK, or equivalent)
- CI/CD pipelines (Git Hub Actions, Team City, Argo Workflows, or similar)
- Monitoring and observability platforms (Datadog, Cloud Watch, Grafana)
- Scripting with Power Shell, Linux shell scripting, or Python
- Git and Git Hub source control workflows
- SQL and database technologies (MSSQL, DB2) and familiarity with No
SQL platforms
- Experience with .NET environments, IIS, Redis, RabbitMQ, or RavenDB
- Familiarity with Git Ops practices
- Exposure to healthcare technology or regulated environments
