Role: SAP CO & PS Design Consultant (Carve-Out Project)

Location: Cincinnati, OH (Remote is acceptable)

Experience: 10+ Years

An SAP FICO Consultant with strong CO and PS expertise who has worked on implementation/rollout projects and can independently handle business discussions, solution design, configuration, testing, and support.

We are looking for an experienced SAP CO and PS Consultant with strong SAP FICO expertise to support an SAP Carve‑Out project. The consultant should have experience in SAP implementations, rollouts, and business process design.

• Configure and support SAP CO and PS modules.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct workshops and discussions with business users.
• Design, customize, test, and deploy SAP solutions.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation.
• Identify system gaps and recommend solutions.
• Support month‑end and year‑end financial closing activities.
• Work closely with technical teams for system enhancements and integrations.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide user support.
• Deliver training to business users when needed.
• Support both new implementations and ongoing SAP projects.

• 6+ years of SAP FICO experience.
• Strong communication and client‑facing skills.
• Experience in at least one full SAP implementation or rollout project.
• Experience supporting General Ledger (GL) and several of the following:
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Financial Accounting (FI)
  • Management Accounting (CO)
  • Fixed Assets (AA)
  • Intercompany Accounting
• Experience with SAP integrations involving:
  • MM (Materials Management)
  • HR/HCM
  • PM/EAM (Plant Maintenance)
  • CS (Customer Service)

• Experience in SAP Carve‑Out projects.
• Experience working in consulting or professional services environments.
• Good understanding of accounting and finance processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members.
