Director,IT – Workday ERP
Baptist Health is seeking an experienced technology leader to oversee the strategy, governance, implementation, and optimization of the Workday ERP platform. This role will lead the continued expansion of Workday HCM while driving the deployment and support of Financial Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, and related enterprise applications.
Reporting within Information Technology, the Director will lead enterprise application teams responsible for system configuration, integrations, security, reporting, upgrades, release management, and production support. This leader will partner closely with Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Operations, and executive leadership to deliver scalable technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and support organizational growth.
Qualifications- 7+ years of progressive IT experience supporting enterprise applications.
- 3+ years in a leadership or management capacity overseeing IT teams or enterprise systems.
- Demonstrated experience with Workday ERP implementations, upgrades, or optimization initiatives.
- Strong expertise in Workday HCM and Financial Management;
Supply Chain and Procurement experience strongly preferred. - Experience with enterprise integrations, cloud architecture, application security, data governance, reporting, and vendor management.
- Proven success supporting ERP implementations in complex, multi-site organizations; healthcare experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of project management, change management, IT governance, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence executive partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field required;
Master’s degree and certifications such as Workday, PMP, or ITIL are preferred.
