Administration and further development of the IT/OT landscape
Job DescriptionEnsure the administration and further development of the IT/OT landscape
Monitor and manage IT software requirements (maintenance, updates, other necessary adjustments)
Monitor and manage IT hardware maintenance
(Project) coordination with Henkel IT department (dx) and troubleshooting in the ongoing operation
Training the team in the use of IT-supported processes
Regular operational support of system-supported processes in daily business
Taking on on-call duties
QualificationsSystem integration master/bachelor in logistics or information technology
Minimum of 8 years relevant professional experience in the IT/logistics environment (desirable)
Experience in project work and coordination in an international environment
High initiative and self-organization as well as a highly motivated team spirit with a strong willingness to implement improvements
Practical SAP knowledge is an advantage
Responsibility for the operational operation, as well as very good technical communication skills for the care and coordination of a diverse user circle
Fluent German and English skills
