You will ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of hosted healthcare platforms, leading incident response and continuous improvement across cloud and hybrid environments.
You will collaborate with engineering and cloud teams, define SLIs/SLOs, implement monitoring, and automate operations using IaC and scripting. Prior healthcare tech experience is a plus.
