You will lead configuration and development for ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management, while building scalable integrations and working with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of IT experience and 5+ years in direct Service Now ITOM work, with strong scripting and problem-solving skills. Travel up to 30% is required for client engagements.
