(Senior) Data Analyst - (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Commercial & Marketplace Analytics team within our EMEA Marketing Data & Analytics function. In this role, you will partner with our Commercial Solutions team to deliver impactful analyses, scalable dashboards, and data-driven solutions that enable better decision-making across the business.

Design and maintain scalable dashboards that empower the Commercial Solutions team to make faster, data-driven decisions around pricing and commercial product performance.

Conduct detailed analysis to identify trends and drivers, providing actionable insights to optimize product offerings and business performance.

Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams to assist in building and maintaining predictive models.

Automate analytical workflows to improve efficiency and ensure consistent data quality.

Partner with commercial stakeholders (Commercial Solutions, Commercial Ops) and technical teams (Marketing Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Science, Product) to translate business questions into scalable analytical solutions.

You have a degree with an analytical focus (Statistics, Mathematics, Business Informatics, Economics, Finance, Controlling, Business Analysis, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.

You have 3+ years relevant full-time experience in an analytical role, ideally in a commercial or pricing-focused environment.

You can translate complex analyses into clear recommendations and effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You have hands-on experience using programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python) and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) to process and analyse data.

Experience working with data modelling and orchestration tools (dbt, Airflow) and AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Claude Code) is a plus.
