Customer Service Representative (Pharmacy Support

Our client, a Global Fortune 50 organization and one of world’s largest distributors of Healthcare systems, Medical supplies & Pharmaceutical products, seeks an accomplished Customer Service Representative (Pharmacy Support).

*** Candidate must be authorized to work in USA without requiring sponsorship ***

*** Duration: 6+ months contract w/ possibility of extension

• Training will be onsite from 8am-430pm for the first 6-8 weeks.
• Permanent schedule once successful completion of training will be 9:30am-6:00pm OR 10:00am-6.30pm.

• Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers.
• Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller.
• Provide accurate information to the caller.
• Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers.
• Resolve the callers’ needs.
• Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for the caller.
• Follow Cover My Meds policies and procedures.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule.

• Previous call center experience preferred.
• Previous healthcare experience is desired
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Able to type 35 wpm or greater.
• Pharmacy Board Technician Registration required within the first 30 days of employment.
