IT Workday Functional Analyst - Supply Chain
Baptist Health is looking for an IT Workday Functional Analyst
- Supply Chain to join our team in Louisville, KY!
Under general direction, customizes and configures workflow to allow the integration of client/server applications. Assists with the development and maintenance of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program. Tests ERP layout to ensure the system is meeting corporate needs. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Formulates/defines system scope and objectives for systems integration.
Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering ERP application capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Designs, tests, debugs and documents those programs. Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming activities. May be responsible for multiple phases of one or more projects.
May provide guidance and training to less experienced analysts/programmers. Will be focused on Supply Chain operations.
Bachelor's degree with three years' experience
Workday Certification in Supply Chain Management or Procurement.
Experience integrating Workday with Epic.
Familiarity with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) and healthcare contracting models.
Knowledge of UDI (Unique Device Identification) and implant tracking compliance.
Experience in large-scale ERP transformation initiatives (e.g., Workday deployment in multi-hospitalsystems)
