Toyota Automated Logistics is seeking a Helpdesk Analyst to provide Level 2 desktop support for hardware, software, and OS issues. The role includes imaging, deployment, upgrades, and on-site/remote assistance at the Noblesville HQ or Louisville Software division.
Ideal candidates have up to 4 years of IT Helpdesk experience, familiarity with AD, Group Policies, VPNs, and Office 365, and strong customer service skills. Travel is minimal (0-5%).
