End User Computing Analyst- Intermediate, IS Enterprise Services, Days

Responsibilities

The Intermediate, End User Computing Analyst provides day to day operations and support for desktop computer, mobile device, and associated peripherals are available for the end users of Norton Healthcare. The Intermediate, End User Computing Analyst will work in the NHC facilities to resolve issues with hardware, software and network connectivity, for all EUC supported devices. This position is responsible for ensuring hardware and software is properly setup, configured, and managed in each facility leveraging approved tools for configuration management and asset control.

The Intermediate, End User Computing Analyst serves as an escalation point for onsite issues that cannot be resolved through remote management from the NHC service center. This position will be required to work on NHC facility projects as needed. This position is designed to work as directed by the Supervisor, Enterprise Support Service and may receive direction from Senior End User Computing Analysts when needed.

Intermediate End User Computing Analysts are expected to maintain or exceed service metrics set by the Enterprise Support Service leadership. This position requires the ability for the individual to work independently as well as travel between NHC facilities on a frequent basis.

• With Associate Degree:
  Three years technical and enterprise desktop systems support
• Without Associate Degree:
  Five years technical and enterprise desktop systems support

• A+ (IT Certification) OR Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist
