Solutions Coordinator
Job Summary
The Solutions Coordinator role at Louisville Geek is a dynamic position designed to support and learn from the Solutions Manager vCIO. This role serves as a pivotal stepping stone for career progression within the Solutions Management team, leading to a future role as a Solutions Manager vCIO. The Solutions Coordinator will actively contribute to the success of client engagements, internal processes, and business growth.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist Solutions Managers in preparing for and attending comprehensive Business and IT Reviews with clients. These reviews encompass a thorough evaluation of the client's IT infrastructure, systems, and processes, as well as their alignment with business objectives.
- Help update and maintain the sales opportunities board, contributing to the life cycle of sales leads for accurate sales forecasting.
- Collaborate with Solutions Managers to monitor service tickets and projects, identifying issues such as scope deviations, budget overruns, or lack of progress.
- Communicate with various departments to gather essential timelines for equipment, onsite visits, and other project- related tasks.
- Ensure internal tickets assigned to Solutions Manager vCIOs are actively progressing.
- Act as a resource for scoping site visits, collecting relevant information, and assisting in the creation of comprehensive scopes of work.
- Assist the Solutions Manager team in achieving quarterly EOS rocks and goals.
- Create and review standard operating procedures for the Solutions Manager/vCIO department.
- Audit and update client information in IT Glue, focusing on core assets, apps, and services.
- Serve as a backup resource for Solutions Managers during their out-of-office periods.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience or internship in IT, project management, or a related field is advantageous.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients, internal teams, and leadership.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Quick adaptability to changes and proactive problem-solving approach.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and contribute to team goals.
- Basic understanding of IT concepts, processes, and terminology.
- Familiarity with sales processes.
- Customer-centric mindset to ensure client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
