Duties include serving as the primary redcap administrator and being responsible for system security updates, maintenance, project development, and project modifications. The network administrator will maintain reports and data quality standards, provide technical support and user training, and oversee user access management and governance.

In addition, this position will serve as the primary administrator for the 3cx phone system and provide troubleshooting and support as needed. Performs complex system generations, network device configuration generations, work station set-ups and coordinates assignment of node or network address definitions. Responsible for system support functions during relocation or conversion of critical data files and equipment.
