Job Description:
Job description requires 12-15 years of minimum IT experience. At least 10 years should be directly working with pharma companies, PBMs or Payers in their Pharmacy/PBM area. Expertise in defining solutions around PBM platforms (Argus would be a plus). Understanding of overall process flow among eligibility, claims, and benefit systems. Understanding of needs and challenges in this space. Understanding of different IT solutions in market and their pro and cons.
Expertise to navigate in multi-vendor environment and confident to manage multiple stakeholders. Great presentation skills. Must have led consulting assignments. Experience working with top tier consulting organization would be preferred. Hand-on understanding of technology trends and ability to apply to live solution approaches
