Position Overview

We are hiring three (3) HRIS Advisor I positions. One role is expected to last approximately 3 months, while the other two are anticipated to be 6–12 month contract-to-hire opportunities.

The HRIS Advisor I is responsible for supporting the organization's Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Learning Management System (LMS), and Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This role provides day-to-day production support, resolves user issues, and ensures the smooth operation of HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily support for HRIS, Learning Management System (LMS), and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Respond to user requests via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot, research, and resolve HR system-related issues.
• Perform production support and system maintenance activities.
• Execute scheduled tasks, including mass data updates and system transactions.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data.
• Collaborate with HR and business users to resolve system issues and improve processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting HRIS, LMS, or Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with data entry, reporting, and mass updates is preferred.
