IT Project Manager

TCI has an immediate need for an IT Project Manager in Louisville, KY. This is not a C2C opportunity. This is a long-term contract opportunity with the possibility of hire.

NOTE:

This position requires US Citizenship and work is performed on-site (not a remote opportunity). SUMMARY The IT Project Manager will manage the project lifecycle from project definition through implementation. RESPONSIBILITIES Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures. Develops project plan and drives project milestones. Establishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders. Provides day-to-day direction to project resources.

Ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project. Responsible for preparation of documentation, status reports and budgets. REQUIREMENTS 5 or more years of experience leading enterprise-wide application projects for ERP/HR/Payroll. PMP Certification is required. Previous experience in HR/Finance IT projects. Ability to work across multiple projects. Role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills.

Specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word. Focuses on IT Projects and initiatives.
