Leading provider of Pharmaceutical Analytical Testing and Quality Control Services: IT Infrastructure & Systems Administrator.
Responsibilities- Implements, monitors and maintains network infrastructure, and computer systems
- PCs' and users' central management
- Implements, administers and maintains services like multi-domain Active Directory, Email, RDBMS, Printing, Cell Center, VoIP, Microsoft 365 services and applications, Backup of hybrid environments
- Monitors and maintains multi-layered security measures to protect data and systems
- Monitors and analyses data & Network security/ Security, backup & other logs by conducting regular safety checks
- Oversees technicians, plans and undertakes proper and secure operation and maintenance, adherent to Company's IT policies, of Lab Instrument controlling and data acquisition platforms/software
- Diagnoses and resolves technical issues, including small-scale repairs
- Provides daily technical support to Company's personnel
- Implements simple configurations on terminal devices and the Call Center
- Monitors data center (on premises & on cloud) and telecommunications system performance
- Recommends improvements, either on-premise or on-cloud
- Implements IT policies
- Creates and maintains documentation as it relates to regulations in place, system configurations, network diagrams, and IT processes
- Creates and maintains efficient Standard Operating Procedures to ensure consistency, reduce errors, and preserve organizational knowledge
- Participate in IT Audits
- Keeps records of software licensing
- Participates in the Training & Awareness sessions for the company’s personnel
- At least two (2) years experience in the IT technical field (IT support, network, system, cloud services administration)
- University degree in Information Technology – Computer Science
- Good knowledge of the English language (CEFR Level B2)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+ or similar are optional and considered a plus.

- LAN/WAN/SAN, FO, Wi-Fi PtP radios/AP/Mesh, VLANs
- Strong understanding of network architecture and protocols

- Strong experience with Office applications
- Virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V)
- NAS administratrion
- Problem-solving and analytical skills, troubleshooting for moderate issues
- Scripting, automating simple and complex tasks
