ERP Project Manager

Experience leading large global business transformation program delivery with proven track record and a deep understanding of business values of transformation programs/objectives. Ability to speak business language, guide business counterparts towards the right SAP solution and translate business requirements into technical requirements. Previous hands-on experience leading a specific functional stream in SAP programs. Expert understanding of business values of transformation programs/objectives.

Ability to work with C-levels as well as be hands on as required. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships. At least three full life cycle implementations as an ERP Project Manager with multi-module implementations (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse). A minimum of ten years prior transformational ERP consulting or equivalent industry experience. Ability to articulate the businesses enabled by SAP S/4

HANA. Develop detailed program plan, develop and monitor risk/issues, present status to internal and external stakeholders. Ability to lead steering committee meetings, lead team meetings, lead business meetings, and lead project management team. Expert understanding of program financials and processes. Provide accurate estimates, timeline, and ability to self-direct and mentor/manage teams and client. Deep understanding of industry specific KPI's and benefits of S/4

HANA functionality to enable the business. Experience managing 20+ resources.
