Project Manager AI/ Infrastructure

The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading projects from planning through implementation, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations. This individual will manage project plans, coordinate resources, facilitate stakeholder communication, and drive key initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reporting.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive project milestones to completion.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Communicate project status and updates to business and technical stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.

Required Qualifications

Technical

Skills:

Experience with Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.

Experience:

Experience leading enterprise IT projects and initiatives. Strong project planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

AI Project Manager

• Lead the implementation and delivery of AI products and strategic AI initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and AI leadership teams.
• Drive projects from concept, planning, and deployment through adoption and execution.

Infrastructure & Security Project Manager

• Lead infrastructure, network, and cybersecurity initiatives across the organization.
• Partner with Infrastructure, Security, and Identity teams on strategic projects.
• Support Okta, identity and access management, security enhancements, and the buildout of the environment supporting the organization's AI strategy.
