Senior Business Analytics Manager – Retail Data Solutions, Delivery

• Manage and mentor an analytics and data delivery team
• Oversee data analysis, solution prototyping, and data asset implementation
• Lead design and implementation of a common silver-level data consumption layer
• Support modeling, regulatory reporting, analytics, insights, and management/operational reporting
• Serve as Product Owner for agile crews
• Partner with cross-functional agile technology teams to deliver data products
• Analyze business and technical requirements and develop solutions tied to Jira user stories and tasks
• Create, maintain, and upload testing documentation, source-to-target mapping documents, and data/process artifacts
• Provide status updates on agile sprints, releases, and project milestones
• Lead and execute UAT testing, risk reviews, approvals, and stakeholder communications
• Ensure delivered data is accurate, accessible, governed, and production ready
• Direct the strategic design, management, and implementation of enterprise-wide business analytics programs
• Lead complex analytical solutions and research, development, and adoption of emerging analytics technologies
• Identify technology-based business opportunities
• Implement mechanisms ensuring information is accurate, meaningful, integral, risk-managed, and aligned with senior leadership needs
• Direct, motivate, develop, and manage management team and key staff performance

• University / college degree typically required;
  Education listed as Bachelors
• 8+ years of industry experience typically required
• At least 5 years of prior management experience typically required
• Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Knowledge and skills in Analytical Thinking, Business Intelligence (BI), Concept Development, Data-Driven Decision Making, Data Integration, Market Research, Performance Metrics, Qualitative Research, and Strategic Planning
• Competencies in Business Analytics, Business Case Justification, Effective Communications, Emerging Technologies, and Organizational Savvy and Politics
