- Execute complex technology audits supporting various Fidelity businesses
- Evaluate technology risks and controls
- Help execute complex audit reviews
- Communicate issues and findings to management
- Devise solutions for business improvements
- Follow up on corrective actions
- Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of controls, risk management, compliance, and governance processes
- Report on issues and solutions that improve Fidelity's control environment
- Respond to change through continuous risk assessment and resource allocation
- Provide audit advisory services on new and changing products and systems
- Working towards a cyber security, information security or IT risk/assurance Bachelor's degree (rising seniors) or Master's degree
- GPA of 3.0 or higher overall and in major
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrable leadership experience in school, extracurricular activities, and/or work settings
- Team player who takes initiative and works constructively with others
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and manage priorities and workload
- Strong presentation, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge in two or more of the following areas preferred: network and systems security;
Python, Power Shell, Perl, SQL, or Java; application security and Dev Ops; AWS or Azure; containerization and virtualization;
Oracle, DB2, or SQL Server; .NET, HTML, XML, or JSON web services/APIs - Must be able to work without immigration sponsorship
Demonstrates expertise in technology audits, risk management, and compliance processes while effectively communicating findings and solutions to enhance organizational controls. Proficient in various programming languages and cloud technologies, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
