Report on outreach attempts, member contact, FFS provider connections, provider availability gaps, scheduled appointments, completed follow-up appointments, and members remaining in the outreach cycle.
Refine dashboards as DHCS and Gainwell finalize reporting requirements and operational definitions.
Maintain refreshes, validation, security, usability, documentation, and consistent metric definitions through the stabilization period.
Retain flexibility to scale the contractor's allocation after the initial dashboard build if reporting volume and change requests stabilize.
