University of Georgia IT is seeking an IT Professional Associate to provide proactive desktop and classroom support for Franklin College. You will assist with Windows and Mac systems, networking, peripherals, and security, delivering timely helpdesk services in a team environment.
You’ll collaborate with senior staff, build relationships with faculty and staff, and participate in ongoing training while working Monday–Friday 8am–5pm in the Athens area.
