You will support roughly 275 devices, ensuring reliable Windows-based desktop operation and connectivity with security cameras, servers, and network switches.
The ideal candidate has 1–2+ years in desktop support, solid troubleshooting, and excellent customer service. Prior experience in secured or government environments is a plus.
