Job Description:

• Define and implement comprehensive Test Strategies, Test Plans, and Quality Assurance frameworks for Salesforce applications and integrated platforms.
• Collaboratewithbusinessandtechnicalteamstogather,analyze,andvalidatebusinessrequirements.
• Ensure testing coverage across Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrated systems.
• Develop detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts aligned to business requirements.
• Execute Functional,Integration,System,Regression,andUser Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).
• Leadautomationstrategyandframeworkimplementationacross Salesforce applications.
• ManageautomatedtestexecutionpipelinesandintegratetestswithinCI/CD processes.
• Partner with Release Managementteamstosupportdeploymentvalidationactivities .
• Perform smoke, sanity, and post-deployment verification testing, Validate metadata, configuration changes, integrations, and business workflows following releases.
• Support Copado-based
  
  DevOpsanddeploymentprocesses.

• 5-8years of Salesforce testing experience across Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
• Strongexperiencewith Copado Robotic Testing (CRT)and Salesforcetestautomation.
• Experience in Salesforce Dev Opsand CI/CD processes.
• Hands-onexperiencewithtestmanagement,defect tracking,andreleasevalidation.
• Strongunderstandingof Salesforce architecture,workflows,Apex,integrations,andsecuritymodels.
• Experienceworkingin Agile/Scrumdeliveryenvironments.
• Excellent communication,stakeholder management,andleadershipskills.

• Salesforce Certifications(Administrator,Platform App Builder ,Service Cloud Consultant ,Health Cloud Consultant ,etc.).
• Copado Robotic Testing Certification .
• Experience with
  
  CopadoCI/CD,Copado Dev Ops ,and Salesforce Release Management .
• Experience testing Mule Soft ,APIs,Healthcareintegrations,orenterprisecloudplatforms.
• Exposure to Azure Dev Ops ,JIRA,andenterprisetestmanagementtools.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
