This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Agent, based in Louisville, KY with the flexibility to work remotely. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying insurance needs, recommending customized solutions, and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include prospecting new clients, managing insurance policies, and staying up to date on policies, trends, and regulations in the insurance industry.

Collaboration within the team and accurate documentation of client interactions will also be expected.

• Experience in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
• Knowledge of Financial Services and principles related to the insurance industry
• Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment effectively and independently
• State-approved insurance licensing (or willingness to obtain licensing)
• Familiarity with insurance market is a plus
