The Lead Personal Injury Paralegal will play a critical leadership role within our Personal Injury
Division. This position supports attorneys from Intake through Settlement and Litigation, ensures
case flow efficiency, and helps uphold firm process standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor personal injury paralegals
- Ensure adherence to firm pipeline processes
- Build and maintain organized case files
- Draft comprehensive Demand Packages
- Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and litigation documents
- Coordinate depositions, mediations, and trial preparation
- Maintain proactive client communication and 30-day touchpoints
- Monitor case deadlines and ensure compliance with SOL and court rules
- 5+ years of Personal Injury paralegal experience required
- Strong pre-litigation and litigation experience
- Experience drafting demands and discovery
- Knowledge of Kentucky civil procedure preferred
- Strong organizational and deadline management skills
- Leadership and mentoring ability
- Experience with case management software (Filevine preferred)
