They are hiring an Associate Attorney to join their Labor & Employment Practice Group.

Highlighted Duties:
  • Advise clients on a wide range of labor and employment issues.
  • Draft, analyze, and review agreements, policies, and compliance documents.
  • Represent clients before courts and administrative agencies.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare briefs.
  • Partner with clients to provide practical, business-minded solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on firm initiatives, training, and business development.
Highlighted Requirements:
  • Active Kentucky License.
  • 0-2 years of labor & employment law experience (traditional labor law or HR background a plus).
  • Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage cases with appropriate supervision and contribute to a collaborative team.
  • A client-focused mindset with an appreciation for efficiency and balance.
