The Louisville, KY office of Dentons is seeking a motivated and experienced Litigation Associate to join our growing practice. The successful candidate will work in one of the premier Litigation practices on interesting and sophisticated matters from commencement to final resolution.

• Demonstrated ability to manage litigation on a day-to-day basis including the ability to draft pleadings, propound and respond to written discovery, gather relevant/requested information from the client, draft and argue substantive motions and briefs, and defend/take fact witness depositions with limited supervision

• Judicial clerkship experience is not required, but highly desired
• 3-6 years of litigation experience
• Should be licensed to practice law in the State of Kentucky and be in good standing
