Family Law Attorney – Low Billable Requirement | Unlimited PTO | Happy, Growing Firm – Louisville, KY

Highlighted Duties:
  • Manage a full caseload of divorce, custody, paternity, child support, and other family law matters.
  • Represent clients in hearings, mediations, depositions, motions, etc.
  • Provide frequent client communication, updates, and legal strategy guidance.
  • Conduct legal research and draft motions/pleadings as needed.
  • Work with team support to efficiently move cases forward.
Highlighted Requirements:
  • Active Kentucky Bar License in good standing.
  • 1+ year of Family Law experience required.
  • Experience in a high-volume practice and/or handling high-asset cases preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with a client‑centered approach.
  • Ability to balance empathy with firm advocacy in sensitive family law cases.
