The Overnight Operations Supervisor oversees nightly logistics operations, ensuring shipment accuracy, security compliance, and operational efficiency. This role provides hands‑on supervision and supports execution of domestic logistics processes.

• Supervise nightly inbound and outbound shipment operations
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and chain of custody
• Monitor shipment handling to prevent loss or misrouting
• Support tracking and scanning procedures
• Coordinate with UPS personnel and internal teams
• Escalate operational issues and discrepancies
• Assist in reporting and documentation
• Support training of operational staff

• 2–5 years logistics or operations experience
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work overnight and weekends
