Are you a strategic procurement professional who enjoys building vendor partnerships, negotiating favorable pricing, and using data to improve purchasing decisions? We're looking for a Procurement Manager to oversee the purchasing function for a growing restaurant technology solutions company.

In this role, you'll manage vendor relationships, oversee purchasing operations, monitor inventory and spending trends, and provide reporting that helps leadership make informed business decisions. You'll work closely with operations, warehouse, finance, and project teams to ensure our technicians have the equipment they need- when they need it.

If you're analytical, relationship-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, distributors, and manufacturers.

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to maximize value and control costs.

  • Manage the procurement process from purchase request through delivery.

  • Monitor inventory levels and purchasing trends to ensure product availability.

  • Generate and analyze procurement reports, including vendor performance, purchasing activity, inventory levels, spending, and cost savings.

  • Track key purchasing metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

  • Evaluate supplier performance, lead times, pricing, and service levels.

  • Coordinate with warehouse, operations, finance, and project management to forecast purchasing needs.

  • Ensure accurate purchase orders, invoices, and procurement records.

  • Resolve vendor issues and supply chain disruptions while minimizing operational impact.

  • Continuously improve procurement processes and identify opportunities for automation and cost reduction.

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or sourcing experience.

  • Experience managing vendor relationships and contract negotiations.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create and interpret purchasing and inventory reports.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

  • Experience with ERP, purchasing, or inventory management systems.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience
  • Procurement experience within technology, electronics, field service, or distribution environments.

  • Experience purchasing POS systems, payment devices, networking equipment, or other technology hardware.

  • Inventory planning, forecasting, and demand management experience.

  • Knowledge of supply chain best practices and vendor performance management.

Why Join Us?

We're a growing technology services company that supports restaurants across the country with point-of-sale systems, payment technology, networking equipment, and ongoing technical support.

As our Procurement Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our technicians have the equipment they need to deliver exceptional service. You'll have the opportunity to build strategic supplier partnerships, influence purchasing decisions, improve operational efficiency, and help shape the future of our supply chain as we continue to grow.
