Computer Repair Technician – 2nd Shift

The Job Center is hiring Computer Repair Technicians in Louisville, Kentucky. This is a great opportunity for candidates with hands-on laptop or desktop repair experience looking for long-term growth in a fast-paced warehouse environment!

Job Summary:

• Repair, upgrade, and process computer equipment
• Handle shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks
• Maintain accuracy and quality standards in a warehouse setting

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 3:00PM-11:30PM
• Mandatory overtime as needed

Pay & Benefits:

• $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Repair and upgrade laptops and desktop computers
• Disassemble and reassemble computer hardware
• Process shipping and receiving documentation
• Package, label, and ship products
• Maintain inventory using barcode scanners
• Unload trucks and organize incoming shipments
• Follow safety procedures and hygiene standards
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Prior computer or laptop repair experience required
• Hands-on experience taking apart and rebuilding computers
• Mechanical aptitude and technical skills
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Must pass background check (no theft, violence, or sexual offenses)
• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Work Environment & Requirements:

• No phones allowed on the warehouse floor
• Long hair must be tied back for safety
• Dress code: T-shirt, jeans/khakis, sneakers
• Standing and physical activity required throughout shift
