Position:
Medical Supply Logistics Technician
Location:
Wright Patterson AFB, OH (On-site)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, . Travel may be required for authorized meetings, conferences, and mission-related activities.
Mandatory
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 12 months of experience maintaining War Reserve Material (WRM) in a Department of Defense supply or warehouse environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. Air Force supply systems, logistics programs, policies, warehouse procedures, inventory management, and War Reserve Material Allowance Standards.
- Extensive experience using the Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) system.
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to obtain authorization to operate a government vehicle.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid forklift certification.
- Knowledge of OSHA and Air Force Occupational Safety and Health (AFOSH) standards.
- Ability to provide a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to the start of performance.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 12 months of experience in a medical supply warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform medical supply and warehouse operations in accordance with established logistics procedures, safety standards, and Air Force supply regulations.
- Process supply requests through the Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) system, including ordering, purchasing, receiving, and inventory management.
- Receive, inspect, verify, store, palletize, and organize incoming medical supplies and equipment.
- Conduct physical inventories, monitor stock levels, identify discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Prepare, issue, ship, and deliver medical supplies to authorized personnel while ensuring proper accountability of government property.
- Assist with property management, cataloging activities, and War Reserve Material (WRM) maintenance and upgrade initiatives.
- Safely operate government vehicles, forklifts, and material handling equipment to transport medical supplies and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA and Air Force industrial safety standards.
- Support warehouse housekeeping activities, including recycling, waste disposal, and routine facility maintenance.
