As a category manager for Corporate Procurement, you’ll oversee large categories of spend and lead strategic sourcing activities for our operations category. In this role, you’ll create and manage service-level agreements and supplier performance. You’ll coordinate all duties associated with the acquisition of goods and services for major business areas, negotiate and maintain effective supplier relationship design, and implement business processes.
You’ll also manage contracts while considering legal considerations. Additionally, you’ll develop and implement procurement strategies that drive cost savings, meet business needs, and optimize spending.
This is a hybrid role, which means you’ll work in-office 1 day a week.
Minimum Qualifications- High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of five years of experience in contract administration and maintaining vendor relationships or related work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of two years of experience in contract administration and maintaining vendor relationships or related work experience.
- Three or more years of procurement experience, specifically in sourcing operational services and managing supplier performance.
- Experience with vendor and contract management (ideally direct category management experience).
- Working knowledge of the Coupa platform and marketing analytics.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Advanced computer skills including MS Office with demonstrated skills in Excel – including the ability to create, manipulate, and formulate spreadsheets – including v-look-up, tables, charts, and graphing.
- $74,000 - $98,700/year
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
