Your Role:

Demand and Replenishment Associate – ANZ

As a Demand and Replenishment Associate, you will support demand forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment activities to help ensure products are available when needed. In this role, you’ll partner with Global Supply Hubs to maintain appropriate inventory levels while monitoring supply risks and opportunities to support ANZ commercial and finance teams.

Your Responsibilities:

Drive the forecasting process in support of the ANZ Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Financial Reporting processes.
Utilize SAP IBP forecasting and reporting tools to update projections and analyze performance metrics like forecast accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with Global Supply Hubs to manage requirements planning and ensure safety stocks are maintained to minimize out-of-stock risks.
Manage inventory reporting to identify slow-moving, obsolete, or short-dated stock and facilitate monthly mitigation processes.
Liaise with Logistics Service Providers to resolve supply issues and provide guidance on customs clearance for imports into Australia and New Zealand.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

Education: Tertiary qualification in business, operations, logistics, or a similar field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in logistics or demand planning.
Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (preferably SAP/IBP), Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
