Motorcycle Mechanic & Project Manager

We’re a successful, fast‑growing company based in Louisville, Kentucky. Our core business is expanding across North America. This position is part of a new business unit focused on accessorizing and customizing new motorcycles. The role does not require extensive internal engine work.

• Remove and replace parts and accessories
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire replacements, inspections
• Proficient with diagnostic tools and equipment to test performance and safety
• Proficient computer skills
• Conduct basic research and purchasing of items on the web
• Maintain detailed records of repairs and services
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and in compliance with safety regulations
• Experience using power tools, with the ability to complete basic fabrication
• Basic construction skills helpful, including plumbing, drywall, painting
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, stay on feet for long periods of time, climb ladders, etc.
• Other work as directed

• Motorcycle license and endorsement required
• You must have the ability to work solo and unsupervised while this new operation launches
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred
• Proven experience as a motorcycle mechanic or technician
• Strong understanding of motorcycle systems and components
• Ability to use diagnostic and repair tools
• Good communication and customer service skills

Hourly rate commensurate with experience.
