What We’re Looking For:

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: At least 1 month of related experience or training.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to walk the grounds frequently, climb stairs and ladders, lift up to 25 pounds regularly, and occasionally handle heavier loads.
• Safety Awareness: Comfort with exposure to various environmental conditions and potential hazards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grounds Maintenance: Maintain outdoor areas and amenities in clean, safe condition.
• Customer Service: Respond to service requests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Equipment Management: Care for and manage supplies and equipment inventory.
• Cleanliness: Ensure work areas, tools, and equipment remain clean and organized.
• Compliance: Follow OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards.
• Maintenance Support: Assist with light maintenance tasks, including preparing vacant units and completing basic work orders.
