• Competitive hourly compensation—earn between $40,000 and $60,000 base wage annually
• Uncapped monthly sales commissions

• Deliver high‑quality pest management services in accordance with company, manufacturer, and governmental guidelines to commercial and residential customers
• Build strong relationships with customers to be attentive to their needs in controlling pest matters
• Seek opportunities for customer base growth
• Read and follow all label instructions for products utilized while performing pest management services
• Develop and maintain records of field activities, such as service tickets, inspection reports, and service agreements
• Partner with call center and office staff to schedule/reschedule services, prioritize work, and arrange service calls as necessary

• Must be at least 18 years old; no experience in pest control necessary
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience in home services industry is preferred but not required
• Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam, and drug screen

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Able to work in all types of weather conditions
